We did a full home renovation and went into it very skeptical as we've heard a lot of horror stories from others. We interviewed a lot of contractors and landed on Harmony due to their timeliness with getting us a quote and thoroughness in the walkthrough of our future home. They told us the entire house would take 4-5 months and we thought yeah right, at least 8 but they kept to the exact timeline they promised. Fernando and his team were unbelievable. The communication, attention to detail and willingness to listen (we are verrrry particular clients) was unmatched. They showed up every single day on time, in uniform and always stopped what they were doing to speak with us and explain what was happening in the house that day when we showed up. The lead worker on our house, Amílcar could not have been kinder or a harder worker. He and the team went above and beyond everyday. Harmony started to feel like extended family. I highly recommend this crew, they transformed an uncared for outdated house into an updated beautiful home.

We are so grateful for Fernando and his team for completing the renovations to our home. Our desire was to convert our unfinished attic into two bedrooms and it turned out great! When searching for a reputable contractor, it was difficult to find because many contractors didn't show up to appointments, or familiar with current building codes, or provide quotes. Harmony Design Build Contractors showed up for the appointments, gave us different options, completed the work they said for the price we agreed upon. His team was pleasant and accommodating. We communicated weekly regarding the work. We recommend him for your home renovations!

Harmony Design took my house down to the studs and completely rebuilt it from the floor to the roof. New appliances, mechanicals, bathrooms, skylights … a complete rebuild. We are thrilled with their work. They used excellent materials and the house came out looking fabulous. We are very happy here and strongly recommend Fernando and his team for any construction work. Lastly, and most important, Fernando stands behind his work. There were a few minor issues that needed attention after we moved in, which is normal. But what isn’t normal is that Fernando responded to my texts literally within minutes and had a man over to the house almost as fast who addressed the issues without any hassle whatsoever. It’s very comforting to know that the Harmony team makes every effort to make us happy. Fernando is a stand up guy and I highly recommend him. I included two pictures of the house with this review.

We had two bedrooms with bathrooms added to our house and Fernando and team were very helpful and professional. They were very accommodative to our needs and provided great ideas and recommendations. Fernando has a great team - Diana, Juan and special call out to Amilcar (Mica) for the great work! They are also very warm and forthcoming, making it a friendly experience. Overall, very happy to have chosen Harmony for the project and highly recommend them.
